Physicals
All athletes need to have a physical on file before they can practice. Forms can be obtained from your coach or you can use your doctor's form.

Fees
Sports fees are as follows:
High School: $75.00 for first sport, $35.00 each additional sport
Middle School: $60.00 for first sport, $30.00 each additional sport
